Dr. Nichole J. Brown | Founder & CEO, The Next Level Educator, LLC
Dr. Nichole J. Brown is an educator, leadership strategist, researcher, and founder of The Next Level Educator. Her work is grounded in a simple conviction: meaningful work should not require people to sacrifice themselves in order to do it well. After nearly two decades of teaching, leading, building programs, developing partnerships, and supporting educators and emerging leaders, Dr. Brown began examining a deeper question: What happens when highly capable, deeply committed people become so accustomed to carrying the work that they no longer recognize what the work is costing them? That question became the foundation for The Next Level Educator and the A.H.E.A.R.T. framework, a healing-centered approach to helping individuals, leaders, teams, and organizations strengthen awareness, capacity, alignment, and sustainable ways of working and leading. Dr. Brown brings together experience in educator preparation, executive leadership, organizational partnerships, coaching, healing-centered practice, and systems thinking. Her work invites people to move beyond simply enduring demanding environments and toward creating conditions where people can remain whole, lead intentionally, and thrive. Her work is not about asking people to become more resilient to unsustainable conditions. It is about helping people and organizations recognize what needs attention, and having the courage and clarity to change it. ----------------------------------------------- Educator & Higher Education Leader | Ed.D. in Executive Leadership | Certified Life Coach | Healing-Centered Leadership & Business Practitioner | Speaker | Researcher | Organizational Strategist
