A Practice You Can Carry Beyond the Page
A.H.E.A.R.T. Yourself is more than a resource to read; it is a guided practice designed to help you examine how you relate to yourself while leading, serving, and carrying meaningful responsibility. Through five intentional movements- SEE, DISCERN, CHOOSE, PRACTICE, and INTEGRATE- you will move from recognizing automatic patterns to testing a different way of responding to life. Inside, you'll explore Over-Carrying and Under-Voicing, learn a four part discernment practice for understanding where responsibility belongs, apply it to a situation you are currently carrying, choose one intentional action, and test that choice. The goal is not perfection. It is clarity. By the end, you'll have a repeatable question you can return to long after yiuo close the guide: What is mine to own, mine to influence, ours to carry, and not mine to carry along?
