Meet Dr. Nichole J. Brown, a healing-centered educator wellness coach and strategist helping teachers rise from burnout into boldness through H.E.A.R.T. Work and purpose-driven strategy.  Dr. Brown draws on over 15 years of educational leadership and specialized training in wellness, SEL, restorative practices, trauma-aware leadership, and racial healing. She integrates healing-centered, equity-rooted approaches into every framework she creates. Her work bridges advanced credentials, lived experience, and personal healing to support educators in cultivating boldness, alignment, and sustainable well-being.  She created The Next Level Educator to help teachers, leaders, and changemakers serve from overflow, not exhaustion—through restorative wellness, intentional alignment, and trauma-informed leadership practices. Her signature frameworks—The Well, The Exit Strategy, The Collective, and H.E.A.R.T. Work—guide educators to reclaim purpose, build resilience, and lead with clarity, compassion, and joy.  Dr. Brown believes educators deserve to thrive, not just survive.
